I see travel planning as an extension of my corporate experience in program management. It's about understanding the customer's request, finding the best solution and making sure every detail is addressed for a smooth outcome. My travel projects are really fun because I get to learn about new places and have happy customers traveling at the end! 

I know exactly what it's like to be working long hours and looking forward to that next vacation. I also know there's a lot of pressure to make sure it's 'just right' because you may not get another major trip until next year.
